ABOUT
Community, Discipline
and Passion
Our mission is to grow the confidence of young dancers so that they can do what they love and succeed doing it. We have created a space so that these individuals can forge a path towards their goals of becoming professionals in the dance world. We value each dancer individually by meeting them exactly where they are in that journey to best support them in where they want to go.
We are shaping the future of dance, and supporting the dream of dancers through expert advice, esteemed events, and applicable resources. And we’re making sure to have so much fun with it too. We are making the difference. WE ARE THE COLLECTIVE.
Our dream is that the art of dance can be pursued with hard work and guidance from the right people, in the right places.
Founders
“The Collective is here to bring dancers closer to their goals and dreams as professionals in the industry. When starting this experience for dancers, we wanted to bring true value to help dancers succeed. We don't want to just send you home with a trophy that just sits on your shelf. We are here to help push your dancers to grow, meet influential people in this industry, and give them tools to start standing out from the crowd.”
