We believe every young dancer deserves a chance to go from good to great, from hopeful to headline. We don’t just offer another mentorship program; it's a launchpad to turn a dancer's dreams into dazzling realities. We’ve created this program with versatility in mind, allowing you to receive the personal mentorship anywhere you are.
Mentorship is a monthly program that teaches and masters what it takes to enter the professional arena.
What you’re about to experience is unlike anything our industry has seen
For the dancers who are really trying to take it to the next level, for the Intermediate and Advanced mentorship levels, we offer The Collective Mentorship Curriculum. This is a 12-month curriculum-based space where young dancers can cultivate mindset, perspective, and collaborative practice to prepare them for the competitive industry. Guided by The Collective Founders, Alyssa Brizzi and Kelli Baker, dancers can prepare to learn from these categories:

The Collective Mentorship Program is for the dancer who dreams big about their future in performing professionally, is eager to learn the ins and outs of the dance industry, loves learning in a dedicated, vibrant community, wants to push their limits and connect with a wider audience, and values guidance from leading professionals
